Registration and Withdrawal

Welcome to Lovin Elementary School! 

**Kindergarten Registration for 2025-2026 School Year opens on March 24th.**

Things to remember: Select the 25-26 school year when registering. All registration is completed online.  If you are unable to complete it online or need support, please contact our Parent Center.  Please click here to register and for information about what documents you will need. 

 

We are so glad you are here.  Please read the information below and follow the steps to complete online registration. 

In order to register your child to attend Lovin Elementary School, you will need to look below and select which category pertains to you. Registration is completed online using our Online Registration system and all documents are also uploaded using this system.  When you have completed this process, please contact our registrar at lovin.records@gcpsk12.org or 678-518-6940 to discuss the final steps needed to register your child for the school year. Parents are responsible for presenting all required documentation at the time of registration.

 Steps for successful registration:

  1. Make sure you have the required documentation- Click the link below for more information about documents you will need.
  2. You will need an active email address. If you do not have one, please create one (ex: gmail, yahoo, hotmail).
  3. Use the online registration link below to create a new account. If you already have an online registration account, please log in using that information.

My Child Will No Longer be Attending Lovin Elementary

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

  1. You will need to complete a withdrawal form.
    • To complete the withdrawal form online, click this link and submit the form.
    • You may also download and complete the respective withdrawal form. You will only need to complete the first section of the form (up until the withdrawal date).
    • If you are unsure of your child’s FTE# or GTID#, please leave these fields blank and a representative from your child’s school will complete these sections.
  2.  If you downloaded the form, email the completed withdrawal form, along with a copy of your ID to the Lovin ES Registrar at lovin.records@gcpsk12.org.  If you complete the form electronically, you will need to email the Lovin ES Registrar. On receipt of the completed withdrawal form, the school will review the form and contact you to verify your identity, and if needed, to obtain missing information.
  3. After verifying your identity, the school will email you directions on how to open an encrypted PDF message sent by Gwinnett County Public Schools.
  4. The school will complete the remaining sections of the form and finalize the withdrawal process by securely emailing you the encrypted withdrawal forms.
  5. An Enrollment Verification Form will also be included in the encrypted email. This form should be completed by the student’s new school and faxed back to the withdrawing school to complete the process.
